Refund & Exchange Policy – MouNish VastraKala

At MouNish VastraKala, we strive to deliver high-quality products to our customers. However, if you receive an incorrect or defective product, we are here to assist you.

Eligibility for Refund or Exchange

Refund or exchange requests will only be considered under the following conditions:

  1. The product delivered is incorrect (different from what was ordered)
  2. The product is damaged or defective at the time of delivery
Request Timeline
  1. Customers must raise a request within 48 hours of delivery
  2. Requests made after 48 hours will not be accepted
Proof Requirement

To process your request, it is mandatory to provide:

  1. A clear unboxing video (from start to finish without cuts)
  2. The video must show the sealed package being opened
  3. The product and packaging should be clearly visible in the video

⚠️ Without a proper unboxing video, the request will not be considered.

Refund / Exchange Process
  1. Once your request is received, our team will review the details and proof provided
  2. Based on verification, we will decide whether the product is eligible for refund or exchange
  3. The decision will be final and communicated to you
Important Notes
  1. Products must be unused and in original condition with all packaging intact
  2. We reserve the right to reject any request that does not meet the above conditions
